Bloody Mary
Music by Kay Clark
Libretto by Emily Roller
Three troubled teenage girls, strangers to one another, are transferred to the secluded Gift of God Home for Girls after being orphaned and passed around the foster care system. Shortly after they arrive at the home, the girls play the game “Bloody Mary,” during which they accidentally summon ghosts from the home’s violent past. As they struggle to pass the test placed upon them by the caretaker, Sister Mary, the girls begin to piece together the history, only to find that they themselves might be on their way to becoming another dark chapter.
